As part of the celebration of the 70th anniversary of Ukraine’s membership in UNESCO, a special presentation dedicated to Italian cultural heritage and gastronomy took place at the Ukrainian-Italian Center of the university.

The event was organized with the participation of the UCM-Italy Association and gathered representatives of cultural, educational and diplomatic institutions from Ukraine and Italy.

The President of UCM Italy Paolo Brescia, together with chef Gianfranco Brescia and university students, prepared a photo exhibition of UNESCO World Heritage sites in Italy.

The presentation also highlighted the Mediterranean Diet, recognized as UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage, emphasizing its role not only as a dietary model but also as a cultural tradition and lifestyle of Mediterranean communities.

The event became an important platform for cultural dialogue between Ukraine and Italy and strengthened international cooperation in the fields of culture, education and gastronomy.
