Repeating the Italian word learned in class, memorizing new ones, delighting the family with Italian dishes prepared during the masterclasses, collecting things and imagining sunsets over the Adriatic or Ionian Sea. Preparation and selection of 11 students from our university for internships in restaurants in southern Italy ended with the signing of contracts. The rector of Dnipro Humanitarian University Oleg Kyrychenko warmly thanked Paolo Brescia – president of the U.C.M. – Italy “Union of Mediterranean Chefs” Foggia (Italy) for its contribution to the training of the specialists in the hotel and catering sector, wished the inters success and expressed confidence that from September the university canteen menu will be stocked with Italian dishes prepared by specialists experts.
