The geography of our students’ international internships is expanding to Southern Italy! This time, our students are mastering professional skills in one of the most picturesque corners of the country — the Gargano Peninsula. The internship program covers the sunny towns of Peschici, Rodi Garganico, and San Menaio, where students immerse themselves in the authentic atmosphere of the Italian South.

One of the standout locations is the Braceria da Gregorio restaurant in Peschici. Here, the philosophy of “hospitality from the heart” prevails. Our students work side-by-side with professionals, learning the nuances of preparing grilled meat according to ancient recipes and perfecting their communication skills with guests in the dining room.

At the cozy Moro’s restaurant in San Menaio, future specialists discover the secrets of authentic Italian pasta, fresh seafood, and the local specialty — paposcia (a traditional Puglian bread baked in a wood-fired oven).

On the Adriatic coast in Rodi Garganico, students and veterans are undergoing training at Hotel Adria. This is a modern hotel with a SPA area, where interns participate in event management and provide international-standard service. Nearby is the Villaggio Camping Siesta tourist complex, nestled in a pine forest. Here, students gain experience in a unique camping-resort format, working in both the kitchen and the dining room, combining summer season dynamics with Italian hospitality standards.

Another key partner is Santa Barbara. This is a place where students have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with high standards of professional ethics and the specifics of working in establishments that value local identity and quality of service. The practice here allows them to refine their hospitality skills in an atmosphere of sincere Italian welcome.

Numerous other structures that have hosted our students have remained our partners for over 9 years. An international internship in Italy is a unique chance for students and veterans to gain invaluable experience, learn true passion for their craft, and build a strong foundation for a future career in the hospitality industry. We thank our Italian partners for the warm welcome and the opportunity to learn from the best!
